The practice specializes in spine and sports orthopaedics, as well as general orthopaedics. Insurance & Billing

Managed Care Systems
Associates physicians are participating providers on most Houston area HMO and PPO health plans. If you do not see your health plan on our list here, please call our Business Office to verify participation call .
Appointments
Appointment scheduling and general information requests can be made online. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify our office at within 24 hours of the appointment. Failure to do so will result in a $25.00 charge to your account. To make an appointment online click here.
Prescriptions
Prescriptions and the authorization for refills are given during our normal office hours. Please contact your physician’s medical assistant in the Physicians section of this website at least two days prior to needing your prescription refilled.
Emergencies
In the cases of after-hour emergencies, calls are received by our 24-hour answering service at and directed to the Orthopaedic Associates physician on call. If the emergency is severe, dial 911 or proceed immediately to the nearest emergency room.

Patients are encouraged to call with any questions they have regarding medical problems. Our medical staff is bilingual and has been trained to answer your questions. If you do not hear back from our staff within 24 hours, please contact the Administrator via email.
